The system could be made to crash or run programs as an administrator.
- linux-fsl-imx51 - Linux kernel for IMX51
Ben Hutchings reported a flaw in the kernel’s handling of corrupt LDM partitions. A local user could exploit this to cause a denial of service or escalate privileges.
The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions:
