USN-3572-1: FreeType vulnerability

A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:
- Ubuntu 17.10
FreeType could be made to crash if it opened a specially crafted file.
- freetype - FreeType 2 is a font engine library
It was discovered that FreeType incorrectly handled certain files. An attacker could possibly use this to cause a denial of service.
The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions:
