USN-3715-1: dns-root-data update

A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:
- Ubuntu 17.10
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
The list of trust anchors has been updated.
- dns-root-data - DNS root data including root zone and DNSSEC key
This update adds the latest DNSSEC validation trust anchor required for the upcoming Root Zone KSK Rollover and refreshes the list of root hints.
The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions:
